Advising
Individuals and companies come to me when they sense they can be more and do more and need objective insight to leap forward.
If we work together, my goal is to help you to be wildly successful in ways that matter to you, your company, and your family.
Before we even think about working together:
My typical client has been in business a decade or more, with the longest tenure being over thirty years. Some of my clients have one location for their business, and others have multiple offices spread across several states and regions.
You are proud of what you have accomplished and anticipate that you and your team will achieve more.
You have weathered significant successes and failures. You have grown exponentially and fought through revenue and creativity plateaus. You’ve wondered how you were going to cover payroll and weathered profound challenges.
My typical client sets a clear Vision and drives the company Culture to achieve that Vision.
You have cultivated a dynamic and capable team. You want to invest in your team and provide the resources they need.
You desire to mentor and help your team grow personally and professionally but can’t seem to carve out time to do that consistently.
My typical client is creative and fosters innovation across their teams.
You are faced with ambiguity and know you need to act decisively. You’ve sat alone in your office or at home with no idea what to do next.
You face challenges that seem insurmountable. You make decisions and take action, and sometimes second-guess yourself.
My typical client nurtures relationships inside and outside of their companies. They seek to improve company performance and team members’ opportunities.
You know that the financial success of your company and future opportunities depend on you and your team, and yet security in this area consistently seems just beyond your reach.
You demonstrate every day that you have what it takes to lead your business and teams, and it seldom feels like you've done enough.
My typical client asks for help and seeks people and resources to solve present and future challenges. They take personal responsibility for outcomes.
My typical client has made a ton of mistakes and admits it. They are curious and are humble enough to say, “I don’t know the answer.”
My clients are anything but typical. They are High Impact Business Owners. Click above to continue to the next tab…

Every client and each client engagement is unique.
When I work with you, there is no canned approach. Our engagement is tailored and specific to you. We connect on an individual level and focus on what is important to you.
I work diligently to understand your capabilities and identify where we need to compensate for weaknesses and reinforce strengths. I will work with your team once you and I collaborate to produce beneficial results. I will do the same for your company.
We leverage a proven framework that enables us to work together to accomplish your goals and objectives. I draw on tools developed over two decades that have propelled other business owners to be the leader their company, team, and family deserve.
You will not receive cookie-cutter advice. You secure my best insights each time we talk. I will be your “living resource,” as I constantly learn and upgrade my capabilities for you. I will leverage my experience and hard knocks to help you anticipate, avoid, or soften the hard knocks you are facing and will face.
If I’m not working on something real, specific, and meaningful to you and your organization, I am of no value to you.
How Our Engagement Can Start
We will schedule a short, introductory Zoom call. If we mutually agree a longer call is a good investment of time, we'll get it on our calendars.
Our second meeting will be a 2-hour in-person or Zoom call where we go deep. We focus on what matters to you, your professional and personal goals, and the origins of your business. We’ll assess the responsibilities and makeup of your leadership team. We’ll evaluate what your business requires of a leader today and what it requires two, three, and five years into the future. I’ll provide my initial, best insights to you during our conversation.
If we decide to continue, we’ll schedule our next meeting. I’ll send you a two–page proposal reflecting your priorities, our mutual commitment, and your investment. Our engagement begins when I receive your payment outlined in the proposal.
I expect you to do the work we decide on doing. We’ll mark progress with your metrics and evaluate effectiveness and returns. Our conversations lead to action and impact.
Together we will unlock your potential, the capacity of your team, and possibilities for your company.
You Have a Choice to Make
You're at the point of decision. You can either continue to lead your business as you have been doing for these past few years. This is the path of least resistance, moderate expectations and mixed results. –OR– you can choose to invest in yourself and become a High Impact Business Owner.
If you want something different to happen, if you want to change the trajectory of your personal and professional achievements, you must act. You must act because your company, team, and family deserve your best actions.
Now that you’ve taken the opportunity to think about working with me, make sure:
If so,
Your next best step is scheduling an initial 15-minute call. If we mutually agree that going deep in a longer call is a good investment, we’ll schedule that at a convenient time.
